Obituary for Anna Kay Stagg

On Wednesday, December 23, 2020 Anna Kay Rodgers Stagg passed away in Midlothian, Texas at the age of 73. Ann was a loving mother, wife, grandmother and great-grandmother. Everyone that knew her knew how much she loved her family, not just her immediate family, but her extended family. Her door was always open, and she never met a stranger. Ann was born on December 8, 1947 in Irving, Texas to Walter Rothburn Rodgers and Ollie Maybell Daniels. She married James Alfred Stagg Jr. in Irving, Texas on May 20, 1966. She was predeceased in death by her father and mother, brothers - Walter (Buddy) Rodgers, Kenneth Rodgers, Carl Rodgers; sisters – Evelyn McKay and Mary Davis and great granddaughter Brynlee Ferguson. Ann is survived by her husband of 54 years – James Stagg; three daughters - Carol Weatherly, husband Ronnie, Stacey Saldibar, husband Rubin, Leslie Trenshaw, husband Michael; granddaughters – Kristen Ferguson, Sabrina Saldibar, Taylor Rumsey and Haley Saldibar; grandsons – Casey Weatherly and Ryan Stagg; great grandchildren – Aiden Jimenez, Jett Ferguson, Kynlee Ferguson, Julian Weatherly, Miles Bates, William Rumsey, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her beloved pets Molly and Chloe whom she doted on like children.
