Obituary for Donna Kay Perry

Donna Kay Beene Perry passed away on February 19, 2021 at her home after a short stay in the hospital. She was born in Mansfield, Texas to J. B. Beene and Billie John Whitaker Beene. She attended Midlothian Schools and graduated in the class of 1983. During her high school years she was active in the Panther Regiment marching band when the uniform included a giant blue fuzzy bearskin hat (about 1’ tall) with a chin strap. The kind the Queen’s guards from London wear. She was currently living in Boyd, Texas with her partner in life, Stuart Parkhurst, but always considered Midlothian as her home. Throughout the years, Donna was mother to a menagerie of crazy cats and dogs, including the ones she left behind, Rocky and Rosie. Visitation 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2021 Service 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2021 Midlothian Funeral Home Chapel Burial Donna’s wishes were to be cremated and her urn buried between her mom and dad. Survived by: Stuart Parkhurst, Partner in Life Sisters: Patricia Roberts and Shelia Lock Aunt and Uncle: Annette (Annie) and Josh Messenger Sister-in-Law: Stacy Parkhurst Woods Nieces and Nephews: Angie, Paul and Evan DeWeese, Jeff, Erica, Luke, Jewel and Gracie Lock, Jeremiah, Michelle and Logan Lock. & many more nieces, nephews and cousins whom loved her very much. Donna’s wishes were to be cremated and her urn buried between her mom and dad.
