Gordon Lee Babcock, Age 81, passed away peacefully January 7, 2021 in Midlothian, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents Gordon H. and Florence R. Babcock, and brothers Richard Eynon & Robert G. Babcock. He is survived by the love of his life of 59 years Peggy Babcock, two children, son Ronald G. Babcock and his wife Ronda of Norton, VA, Daughter Laura L. Pirkle and her husband Layne of Midlothian, TX; two Grandchildren Amanda and Stevan McKey, and Jacob and Kristin Pirkle; and two great grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews. Gordon was a Veteran of The United States Navy and the United States Coast Guard. He was an electrician by trade. He loved his family deerly and enjoyed going to the horse races, watching high school football, and spending quality time with his family especially if he got to fix them something to eat
