Johnny was my mother’s soulmate for over 25 years even though his family
failed to even mention her. She faithfully took care of him until she fell ill herself. She brought him into our family, and we loved him! We miss you sombitch! He would always say this when we played cards. You were a good man with a big heart! RIP Johnny Rod! Love linda

Uncle Johnny we loved when he would visit. He told us stories from growing up in a small town in Arkansas to crazy times in Lubbock. Good and bad he did it his way. Everything he went through the last few years he was smiling. He will be missed by many. RIP Love Donny Hawkland

Johnny is a friend I will never forget. He always had a smile on his face and he was the type of person that any one could be friends with that is just the way Johnny lived. I will dearly miss my friend and buddy but I know that he is in a beautiful place.
