Louis William  Norris
Louis William (Billy) Norris passed away in Midlothian, TX on January 30th, 2022, at 79 years old. Billy was born to Robert Melvin Norris and Doris (Evelyn) Oliver Norris on March 9th, 1942 in Paris TX where he was raised. After graduation from high school, he joined the US Army and served four years.

He moved to Dallas, TX where he met his wife Reta. They married in January 1977 and eventually settled in Midlothian, TX in 1984.

Billy worked for Bank of America as a project manager for over 15 years. After retiring from the bank, he worked in the property room at the Fort Worth Police Department for ten years until his death. He enjoyed hunting, playing his guitar, and his newfound hobby of watching a good series on Netflix. His greatest pride and joy was his three year old grandson, Parker.

He is survived by his wife Reta of Midlothian, TX, sister Peggy Raiburn of Mesquite, TX, daughter Jessie Morris, husband Mike, and grandson Parker of Sioux Falls, SD, sister and brother in-laws, along with multiple nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Doris (Evelyn) Norris, Uncle Jackie Oliver, and Grandparents Daisy May and Jack Oliver.

The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider donating in his name to miraclefeet.org.

He will be buried at the DFW National Cemetery. Information on memorial services will follow.
