Condolence: I can't believe it's been a year already since your passing. You are still thought of and missed here at FWPD your quick wit and humor always made our days that much better and gave us a laugh.

In our thoughts, you are missed....

Condolence: Working with and getting to know Billy these past few years has really been wonderful. He surprised me by being the only person to this day that knew about the Dalton Gang robbery that occurred in my hometown over a hundred years ago. I'll miss getting to talk to Billy about his family - he was always thinking about his grandson and his wife, especially when she was on the road driving up north, and occasionally singing Sinatra. I'll be praying for and thinking of Billy and the Norris family.

Condolence: My friend and coworker a good man, a great husband and the best father and grandfather- Mr. Billy Norris. I will miss your quit 'wit' and quirky sense of humor. And of course your 'not so great ' singing that kept all of us in office entertained.
I will think of you on Taco Tuesday (you always wanted tostada) and whenever I hear Freddy Fender songs you sang to me because I had once told you they reminded me of my Dad.....lol

To all your friends and family my condolences and thoughts and prayers to you.

Condolence: Billy will be missed by many. Had the pleasure to work with him for many years with the FWPD. He left an impact with a lot of people he used to work with. His quick witted jokes, the songs he sang, and the random conversations about life in general. My condolences to the Norris family for your loss.

Condolence: Billy,
I really enjoyed my friendship with you while we were co-workers at the FW Police Dept. Property Room. Sharing life stories and talking about football (New England Patriots) were truly enjoyable and really made those "slow" nights go by much quicker. God Bless you and the Norris family. My prayers are with you all at this time.
