Obituary

Margaret E. Mary was born in Denver, CO on March 6, 1942. She lived in Midlothian, Tx since 1973. She joined the love of her life, her daughter, and her parents with our Lord on May 8, 2021. She was an active member and volunteer with St. Joseph Catholic Church; as well as a member of the Church's Rosary prayer group. She retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, as an operator, after many years of dedicated service. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin J. Mary; daughter, Nanette E. Cox; son-in-law, Michael R. Cox; mother, Norma M. Malone; step-father, Kenneth D. Malone; and father, Edward D. Thompson.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Douglas and Beverly Mary; daughter and son-in-law Denise and Steve Godwin; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Lena and Daniel Cooper; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Sheena and Scot MacDonald; granddaughter, Rose Godwin; great-grandchildren: Nicholas, Margaret, and Michael MacDonald; and many other loving family members and friends.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

We will miss Margaret's stories and her laugh. Sending love and hugs to all of the family. Margaret enjoyed reminding us that she was the oldest cousin. This photo was taken around 1955. Left to right, myself, Judy, Margaret, and Leslie.
