Obituary for Patsy Ruth Moore (Chandler)
Patsy Ruth Chandler, born on July 15th, 1937 in Durant, Oklahoma to William Earl Chandler and Dorothy Lee Chandler, passed away peacefully at home on April 29th, 2023 surrounded by friends and loved ones.
On February 14th, 1964, she married Roy Gene Moore in Fort Worth, Texas. Together, they owned a restaurant for many years, serving delicious meals to the community. After they closed the restaurant, Patsy spent the remainder of her life caring for anyone that needed it. She had a kind heart and was always willing to lend a hand to those in need.
Patsy was preceded in death by her husband Roy and her daughter Teresa Jean Draper. Her legacy lives on through her surviving daughter Diane Moore and her many grandchildren & great grandchildren. Grandchildren - Tony Harris, Brandi Harris, Jeffrey & wife Tanya Irwin, Payton & husband Buddy Yeaman. Great grandchildren - Chandler, Haley, Chloe, Wyler, Luke, Presleigh, Kastin, Owen, Ryder, Jaycee & River. Patsy will be remembered for her loving nature and her willingness to help others.
A celebration of Patsy's life will be held at Midlothian Funeral Home on May 6, 2023 @10:30am. Family and friends are invited to attend to pay their respects and share memories of Patsy.
