It is with great sadness that the family of Paula Meeks announces her unexpected passing on Saturday March 20, 2021 at the age of 47 years old. She was a generous, caring and loving mother, daughter, and sister. She will be fondly remembered by her devoted family and friends for her kind heart and beautiful passion for life.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Paula spent her life in various locations around the DFW area. She had a career in the healthcare industry and enjoyed providing help and comfort to others.

Paula is survived by her loving daughter Makenzie Meeks; her parents Ima and Tommy Steele; sister Patty Dromey and husband Mat, their son Jacob; sister Tricia Knight and husband Jon, their children Josh, Taylor, and Hannah; brother Robert Woods and wife Cynthia, daughter Celina; stepsister Jennifer Williams and husband Rod, their children Nolan and Reagan. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends. Paula was loved by so many, and she cared for them all unconditionally.
