Obituary for Russell Foster Jr.
Born August 17, 1951 in Glasgow, Montana to Russell Foster Sr. and Loretta Belle La Roque, both native Chippewa and French ancestry.
He grew up on the ice and snow of the northern Montana plains. He hunted and fished and slid down hills of snow on a car hood for fun. There are many tales of Russ' adventures. He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh. He loved to play cards, and watch games shows on TV. He was a kind man, loving man, who was always considerate of others feelings. He was a wonderful husband, says Judy.
Russell worked as a Master Steel Fabricator and Professional Painter in the auto, aviation, and industrial industries. He retired from Triumph Industries in 2014.
Russell passed away at the age of 69,on April 12, 2021 at home in Venus, Texas with his wife - Judy and step-son Robin and granddaughter - Erika.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is Preceded in death by his parents, brother - Joe and son - Danny.
Russell is survived by his brother - Roland , sister - Melody, Children - Spring , Delano, Jenny and step-son Robin. 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
